Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join their client's banking team in Waterbury area, Connecticut. This role is perfect for someone passionate about providing exceptional service and eager to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
• Assist customers with questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain customer records to ensure they are accurate and updated.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the call center.
• Adapt to different customer situations and find appropriate solutions.
• Ensure all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve the overall customer service process.
• Maintain a professional, patient, and polite attitude when interacting with customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
